TO AUR?

For more than 50 years, students from around the globe have been inspired by the founding vision of The American University of Rome: to provide a creative, academically rigorous space to undertake a liberal arts education within a global and highly diverse community of open-minded acceptance in the city that has stood at the center of social, cultural, artistic, and political development for over 2,500 years.  
 

Giving to The American University of Rome is focused on student impact. While some gifts support scholarships and student organizations; others go toward enhancing our learning spaces, technologies, and equipment. All go toward making the AUR learning experience as enriching and exciting as possible. 
 

On our giving page, you can support the area(s) of your choice. Unrestricted gifts are most welcome because they allow AUR to be nimble when confronted with new opportunities or unexpected challenges. But all gifts are aligned with mission and objectives.

A near-term goal is to establish an endowment for four key areas: a scholarship fund to provide access to underserved students, the opening of Centers that Matter, the support of career education and internships, and investments in campus assets.  
 
AUR stands deeply committed to its liberal arts values and mission: preparing students to lead meaningful and engaged lives anywhere in the world.
